About Dr. Caitlin
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Dr. Caitlin Zietz graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012. There, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude).
An entrepreneur to the core, Dr. Caitlin founded Complete Health in 2013. Primarily focused on prenatal care and postpartum recovery, Dr. Caitlin’s helped hundreds of women navigate pregnancy, postpartum and life with littles. In 2024, she moved locations and rebranded her practice and team as Big Rock Chiropractic & Wellness Centre in Okotoks and opened Hillside Health in Diamond Valley.
Whether she’s caring for first-time moms, fourth-time moms, VBACs, or twin pregnancies, her goal always remains the same: To help each woman stay comfortable and empowered.
Dr. Caitlin passionately dedicates her time to helping women obtain optimal health. She knows when the body is physically maximized and emotionally trained it performs beautifully in every day life.
In her personal life she is a mother to son, Ty and daughter, Corie Lou, as well as wife to ranch-hubby, Evan. Loving the ranch-life, her home is nestled in the Foothills of Alberta where they enjoy raising longhorns, collecting eggs from their hens, learning to live off the land and raising babies.

Dr. Caitlin is active within the Foothills, Okotoks’ and Calgary communities. She is a motivational speaker, sponsor and mentor for the World of Choices events put on by Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta where youth attend to discover diverse career options. She actively sponsors and supports local charities, including: It Takes a Village Okotoks, Rowan House, Foothills Fire Safety Kids Network & Sweat for a Vet.
Publications and Contributions
Dr. Caitlin focuses her online efforts in normalizing the unspoken truths of motherhood. Connecting with women across the globe, her discussions reveal the true rawness in this ever-changing journey and life as “mom”.
